A Voyage of Rediscovery

Ferrari is known for cars with incredible speeds, sophisticated luxury and objects of desire. The Portofino M delivers all of that and much more – a complete driving experience.

The Portofino Modificata (Portofino M) comes to the region with innovations that enhance its superb versatility and the pleasure of luxurious driving. Known more widely as the Portofino M, this model is the symbol of a voyage of rediscovery and evolution, reflected in its name.

New features bring a redesigned powertrain, an eight-speed gearbox, and the five-position Manettino that includes a Race Mode, an absolute first for a Maranello GT spider, guaranteeing the ultimate driving pleasure. Thanks to the Retractable Hard Top (RHT), the vehicle is the only authentic coupé with its top closed and a genuine spider when it’s open.

The Ferrari Portofino M’s new 3855cc engine belongs to the V8 turbo family voted
‘International Engine of the Year’ on four consecutive occasions (2016-2019), punching out 620cv at 7,500rpm due to new cam profiles. The Variable Boost Management software adjusts torque delivery to suit the gear selected with a maximum of 760Nm in the seventh and eighth gears, ensuring a smooth and powerful pick-up. The Gasoline Particulate Filter (GPF) helps comply with the strictest European anti-pollution standards, without compromising driving pleasure.

The new clutch module is 20% smaller but delivers 35% more torque, with a maximum of 1,200Nm when shifting gear. The engine has its own soundtrack due to the new flat-plane crankshaft and exhaust line. An eliminated silencer and newly shaped oval by-pass valve guarantee an enhanced sound.

Besides Race Mode, the new Manettino dial includes Wet Mode, Comfort Mode, Sport Mode, and ESC-Off Mode, maximising driving pleasure. The car’s sporty exterior is reflected in the wraparound front bumpers, giving it an aggressive look. The new air vents on the side improve aerodynamic performance while adding visual harmony. Specific diamond-finish wheel rims embrace both elegance and sportiness.

The interior reveals the vehicle’s GT soul and organic feel, with magnesium-structured seats and ample rear space, making it the perfect combination of luxury and performance. Also available is the new three-level ventilation for seats and the very popular neck warmer for winter months.

The infotainment system includes a 10.25” full HD screen with split view to allow different types of content to be viewed simultaneously, with Apple Car Play and Android Auto available. The passenger has an optional 7” screen that provides information on car speed and rpm with options to select music, view sat-nav information and select a new point of interest (POI), such as a restaurant, which is then integrated into the route. The ADAS include Adaptive Cruise Control, Predictive Emergency Brake System, Blind Spot Monitoring, Surround View, and Rear Cross Traffic Alert.
