Each evening, guests will be swept into a lively Brazilian escape, starting with Ipanema’s signature rodízio-style dining: twelve premium cuts of meat expertly carved tableside by skilled passadores. A colourful spread of Brazilian street food favourites, rich stews, signature sides and decadent desserts completes the feast, inviting diners to explore the diverse flavours of Brazil.
More than a meal, Ipanema delivers a full sensory experience. Expect live samba performances every night, vibrant décor inspired by Rio’s famous celebrations and a lively social setting perfect for friends, families and festive gatherings. Brazilian nationals will also enjoy a 25 per cent saving throughout the celebration.
Guiding the culinary experience is Chef Sayid Bashir, who has been with Ipanema since its pre-opening in 2012. With years of expertise and deep knowledge of Brazilian cuisine, he and his team prepare each dish to bring the authentic flavours, traditions and warmth of Brazil to every guest – making each evening a true celebration of the country’s rich culinary heritage.
