In this special month, Chopard puts forth a selection of jewellery along with a timepiece from different collections that are symbolic representations of an array of feelings, such as love and freedom, with a regal elegance to compose captivating looks.
THE HEART, A MESSENGER OF LOVE
The brand’s Haute Joaillerie workshops have produced two magnificent creations inspired by this symbol and the creativity of Co-President and Artistic Director Caroline Scheufele. The first is an emblematic sapphire and diamond necklace resembling a dainty ribbon outlining a heart. The 75 pearshaped sapphires composing the heart and chain have been meticulously selected for their colours to form a luminous and soothing rainbow gradient. The unique sapphires are surrounded by a hem of brilliant-cut diamonds subtly accentuating the rounded end of each stone. The necklace is made in Fairmined-certified ethical rose gold and is delicately open-worked to allow the light to flood through the gems, thus enhancing their colour and radiance. The second is a flamboyant ring, based around a ruby which is the stone of love and passion. The ruby is an 18-carat vivid red heart-shaped gem set in the centre of a Fairmined-certified ethical white gold ring, nestled between two heart-shaped diamonds.
HAPPY HEARTS WINGS
The butterfly, an emblem of freedom and lightness, has infused all its delicacy and symbolic strength into the Happy Hearts Wings collection. The butterfly’s free and daintily airy spirit is embodied by the women who wear it through the exquisitely refined expression in the design of this collection. The set includes a necklace, bracelet, bangle, earrings and a ring crafted from ethical 18-carat rose gold and combines dancing diamonds and hearts arranged like butterfly wings.
IMPERIALE
Inspired by the nobility and beauty of the world’s great empires, the Imperiale collection has become a central element in Chopard’s watchmaking repertoire. Synonymous with femininity, the collection has been enriched with a 29mm-diameter timepiece in stainless steel and ethical 18-carat rose gold that frames a red dial adorned with the collection’s emblematic motif and paired with a matching leather strap. Beating to the rhythm of the Chopard 09.01-C self-winding movement, this opulent timepiece is a regal statement on the wrists of elegant women. The timepiece showcases Chopard’s dual expertise as a jeweller and watchmaker, symbolising the encounter between glamour and precision.
