LADY LONBRIDGE TAKES INSPIRATION FROM VINTAGE MEASUREMENTS FOR AN END PRODUCT BETWEEN TRADITION AND MODERNITY

Taking its inspiration from vintage measuring instruments, RESERVOIR Watches reflect the functionality and aesthetic appeal of counters, manometers and gauges from three universes: automobile races, military aviation, and diving / submarines.

RESERVOIR timepieces are innovative thanks to a radical time display, by combining three horological complications – the retrograde minute at 240° recalls the R.P.M. counters, the jumping hour recalls mileage meters, and the power reserve display echoes the fuel gauges.

Embodying urban chic and English luxury, this design crosses time and eras, the LONGBRIDGE traces the epic of an iconic miniature looking car. At the beginning of the XXth century, famous car manufacturers settled in Longbridge in England. Some of them had the genius to design cars capable of crossing time and eras.

Between tradition and modernity, after having conquered passionate about racing over several rallies including Monte-Carlo’s in the 60s, here, RESERVOIR takes inspiration from this little audacious’ measurement instruments to embody the urban chic and English luxury.

Two precious stones, tourmaline and sapphire, symbolize the light indicators and full headlights of vintage counters. The case also contains a spare Nato strap.
