Myrna Al Haddad On Building A Thriving Beauty Empire In Doha

From its first location in Lusail to three branches across the city, including a prestigious address at Raffles Doha, Pinky Blush has redefined the beauty experience. Founder Myrna Al Haddad reveals the vision, values and ambition driving the brand’s remarkable growth.

What began as a vision for a luxury beauty sanctuary in Lusail grew into something far greater. Founded by Myrna Al Haddad, Pinky Blush Beauty Lounge was created not merely as a salon, but as a place where women could feel confident, empowered and celebrated. With three branches now – the most recent opened at Raffles Doha – it shows that what started as a beauty lounge has become a movement dedicated to confidence, connection and the celebration of women – with beauty as the invisible thread connecting it all.

Inspired by elegance, femininity and transformation, the lounge combined premium beauty services with a welcoming atmosphere that encouraged self-expression and personal growth. Through exclusive events, networking gatherings and empowerment initiatives, the brand expanded its mission from beauty and wellness to fostering meaningful relationships and opportunities for women across Qatar. Pinky Blush is a destination where luxury meets purpose and beauty meets empowerment. In a conversation with Myrna, OHLALA uncovers the secret behind its success.

OHLALA – What has been the biggest lesson you’ve learned about scaling a beauty business?
Myrna Al Haddad –
The biggest lesson has been that growth should never come at the expense of quality. Scaling a beauty business is not simply about opening new locations; it is about preserving the culture, service standards and personal connection that clients fell in love with from day one. I learned that investing in team training, clear systems and a strong company vision is essential if you want growth to be sustainable.

OHLALA – What inspired you to open additional locations, and how did you decide where to expand? How do you see the beauty scene in Qatar?
Myrna –
The demand from our clients inspired our expansion. Many ladies wanted the Pinky Blush experience in different parts of the city and within luxury hospitality environments. We carefully selected locations that aligned with our values of elegance, wellness and exceptional service. Qatar’s beauty scene is evolving rapidly, with clients becoming increasingly knowledgeable and seeking personalised, results-driven experiences. I believe Qatar is becoming one of the most exciting beauty and wellness markets in the region.

OHLALA – How do you ensure that the Pinky Blush experience remains consistent across all three branches?
Myrna –
Consistency comes from strong training, detailed service protocols and continuous quality control. Every team member is trained not only in technical skills but also in hospitality, client care and the Pinky Blush philosophy. We want every guest to feel the same warmth, professionalism and attention to detail regardless of which branch they visit.

OHLALA – As an entrepreneur, author and mentor, how do you manage your time across your various ventures?
Myrna –
I prioritise structure, delegation and discipline. I focus on highimpact decisions while empowering trusted team members to manage daily operations. I also dedicate specific time blocks to writing, mentoring and business development. Most importantly, I remain connected to my purpose, which helps me stay focussed even during demanding periods.

“If every woman leaves feeling stronger, happier and more confident than when she arrived, then I believe we have achieved something meaningful”
– Myrna Al Haddad

OHLALA – Which treatment or service has become the unexpected bestseller among your clients?
Myrna –
One of the most surprising success stories has been our personalised facial treatments. Clients increasingly appreciate bespoke skincare rather than one-size-fits-all solutions. Our lymphatic drainage treatments have also seen remarkable growth as more people understand the connection between wellness, circulation and overall beauty.

OHLALA – What trends do you foresee shaping the future of beauty and wellness in the region over the next few years?
Myrna –
I believe the future will be driven by personalised treatments, holistic wellness, longevity-focussed therapies and advanced non-invasive technologies. Clients are looking beyond beauty alone; they want treatments that support their well-being, confidence and lifestyle. There is also growing demand for natural-looking results and science-backed solutions.

OHLALA – If you could describe Pinky Blush in three words, what would they be and why?
Myrna –
Elegant, personalised and empowering. Elegant because we create luxurious experiences with attention to every detail. Personalised because no two clients are treated the same. Empowering because our mission is to help women feel confident, valued and beautiful in their own unique way.

OHLALA – What legacy do you hope to create – not only for your business, but for the women who walk through your doors?
Myrna –
I hope Pinky Blush becomes known as more than a beauty brand. I want it to be a place where women feel seen, heard and appreciated. My legacy is to create opportunities, inspire confidence and demonstrate that success can be built on kindness, passion and authenticity. If every woman leaves feeling stronger, happier and more confident than when she arrived, then I believe we have achieved something meaningful.
