Perfect Timing

Happy Sport is Chopard’s casual yet sophisticated timepiece that has been launched in an ideal size inspired by nature to best suit a woman’s wrist.

Chopard’s iconic Happy Sport watch is now appearing in an optimally comfortable 33mm diameter case inspired by the golden ratio principle of aesthetic harmony. Pursuing its commitment to a constant quest for balance, Chopard is endowing its icon in this daintier size. Designed to accompany women in all their day-to-day activities, the Happy Sport is a watch that must feel pleasant to wear, like a second skin in every situation.

Seven new references are joining the collection in various models: four twotone featuring a Lucent Steel A223 case embellished with ethical 18-carat rose gold, and three entirely crafted from ethical 18-carat rose gold, available on a leather strap or metal bracelet. An eighth version is also available in ethical 18-carat white gold, completely set with diamonds. They all beat to the rhythm of the Chopard Manufacture 09.01-C movement with automatic winding, and each dial is graced with the legendary dancing diamonds.

Happy Sport models epitomise the noble legacy of casual-chic style with five freedom-loving dancing diamonds set between the two sapphire crystals topping the dial. Invented by Chopard in 1976, the dancing diamonds adorning the Happy Sport watch collection have revolutionised women’s relationship with time. They no longer simply read the time but instead contemplate the ever-changing choreography of the diamonds whirling around the watch.

The Tunisian actress Dorra Zarrouk has joined the Chopard family as one of the faces of the Happy Diamonds campaign. “When someone is wearing a Chopard piece, one feels particularly chic. What I like the most about it is that while this watch is very elegant and luxurious, it is not only suited to big events, but I can also pair it with my daily outfits. Most of all, it is timeless: I feel like a mother could pass on her Chopard watch to her daughter or her granddaughter, and it will never date,” says Dorra.
