Salvatore Ferragamo opens flagship store in Doha, Qatar, in the luxury Mall Place Vendôme

Luxury fashion house Salvatore Ferragamo announces the opening of a new flagship store in the Place Vendôme Mall located in Doha’s Lusail City – one of the largest and most luxurious shopping malls in the Middle East and the fashion place-to-be of the whole Region.

Within a unique shopping experience, the new Ferragamo Doha boutique offers men’s and women’s collections of the Florentine house: ready-to-wear, bags and shoes, small leather goods and silk accessories, eyewear, watches and fragrances. Furthermore, the boutique displays iconic Top Handle bag, Vara bag models and men’s loafers in special colours and luxury materials exclusively for Doha.

In the boutique, tailored and signature services are available to best compliment and surprise customers who will enjoy the excellence and attention to details that have always characterized the Italian brand.

Playing with light and reflections, the architectural concept was developed specifically for Place Vendôme unique location, with exquisite luxury finishes, sophisticated design and selected furnishing including iconic design pieces.

With sinuous and captivating lines, that give a continuous and involving perspective, the facade of the Ferragamo store develops on three sides, of which the main one, corresponding to the Woman’s area entrance, overlooks one of the inner courtyards of the Mall. Three large, full-height led-walls stand out on the curved facade dedicating a highly immersive experience: they will continuously project images and videos from Salvatore Ferragamo’s latest advertising campaign.

Alongside visual elements echoing modernist appeal, covering an area of 210 square meters, the Ferragamo boutique luxurious interiors are characterized by curved walls, which rise to the ceiling with golden panelling and luminous gorges, while light Travertine floors laid in a herringbone pattern.

The furnishings are characterized by ivory-coloured wallpaper, glossy lacquered walnut, marble, golden metal surfaces and mirrored steel details. In the shoes areas, the design concept includes velvet sofas and armchairs on oval rugs with revisited Persian motifs, all in shades of powder pink for women’s area and blue for the men’s one.

Among the various furnishing accessories, an elegant crystal chandelier, designed by Angelo Mangiarotti for Vistosi in the 1960s, and two custom made tables with marble top and metal tube base.
