Swissôtel Corniche Park Towers Doha celebrates Qatar National Sports Day on February 10 with a series of inclusive vitality‑driven activities at Pürovel Spa & Sport, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to movement, recovery and community well‑being.
The programme, designed to be accessible to all fitness levels, invites heartists, in‑house guests and residents to participate in a day of energetic sessions along Doha’s Corniche and within Swissôtel’s wellness facilities. The Sports Day programme begins with a three‑kilometre community jog along the Corniche at 9am, which promotes active movement and togetherness against the backdrop of Doha’s iconic waterfront. At 11am, a glutes and core session will focus on strength, stability and balance, offering participants a functional workout designed to enhance overall fitness.
The day wraps up with a high‑intensity training session at 4pm, designed to boost endurance and performance. It concludes with a specialty aero yoga session held at 7pm in Purovel Spa & Sport’s dedicated studio. Each session is open to colleagues, guests, and residents, reinforcing Swissôtel’s vision of wellness as a shared journey.
