With holistic healing, a profound appreciation of nature and a traditional cultural approach, Our Habitas Ras Abrouq’s Wellness Centre is a destination to disconnect from the city buzz. A place to embark on a wellness journey to reconnect with yourself and rejuvenate. It includes a state-of-the-art gym, longevity-focused amenities, daily yoga, desert meditation, breathwork and sound healing to promote mindful well-being.
The experiences are created around the themes of Movement, Culture, Inner Landscapes and Self Development with various classes, workshops and lectures. One of the unique spa treatments is The Pink Qatari Clay Heritage Ritual, an ancestral-centred therapy.
