High Fashion At Cannes

Emma Stone and other acting greats lit up the Cannes International Film Festival red carpet in Louis Vuitton attire and jewellery.

Double-Oscar winner Emma Stone was the centre of attention in her Louis Vuitton ensemble at the photocall for her latest film Kinds of Kindness which premiered at Cannes.

She wore a white silk wool mikado tailored minidress with a deep V-neck, cream satin revers, pockets and a black leather belt with black leather sandals.

Meanwhile, at the premiere of veteran American director Paul Schrader’s latest film, Oh, Canada, breakout Indian actress Omara Shetty captivated spectators in her custom Louis Vitton tulle slip column gown covered in silver sequin patches with silver leather sandals.

Omara also wore Louis Vuitton High Jewellery earrings from the Spirit collection, set with two asscher-cut diamonds of 1.07 and 1.06 carats, two emerald-cut emeralds and diamonds, in white gold and platinum as well as a Louis Vuitton Fine Jewellery two-ring from the Idylle Blossom collection in white gold and diamonds.

Chinese actress Tong Liya also caused quite a stir when she appeared on the red carpet for the Oh, Canada premiere in a custom Louis Vuitton white double silk satin neoprene corset gown with full-pleated skirt, pockets and front slit with white satin sandals.

And Taiwanese actor-singer Eddie Peng had fans swooning when he appeared at the Oh, Canada premiere wearing a Louis Vuitton three-piece black velvet tuxedo with golden buttons and pearl details, white plastron shirt, black monogram bowtie and black derbies.

At the Kinds of Kindness premiere, acclaimed Italian actor Pierfrancesco Favino – who is a festival jury member this year – posed for pictures in a Louis Vuitton double-breasted navy tuxedo with black satin lapels, matching pants, white shirt, black tie and black boots.

He also sported a steel Tambour watch with a navy dial.

And the film’s star, Emma Stone looked stunning in a custom Louis Vuitton hand-embroidered burgundy sequin gown with a deep V-neck, double ruffle and burgundy satin sandals.

She complemented her stunning gown with Louis Vuitton High Jewellery pieces from the Deep Time collection, including Fossils earrings, set with two oval-cut diamonds and diamonds in white and yellow gold and platinum as well as a Volcano bracelet set with one cushion-cut tourmaline of 53.49 carats, four cushion-cut spessartite Mandarin garnets of 28.38 carats and two LV Monogram Star-cut diamonds in yellow gold and platinum.
