A special event, featuring complimentary activities, will be hosted by Zulal Wellness Resort by Chiva-Som on June 8.
The resort, located in northern Qatar, is the first and largest wellness destination in the Middle East to feature dedicated retreats that offer health solutions uniquely personalised for guests.
Patrons can take a bespoke journey through a series of immersive experiences.
The Global Wellness Day event is dedicated to fostering holistic wellness and will provide guests with a chance to experience transformative practices, including Tai Chi and Sound Bath Meditation, in a serene environment.
Guests will be welcomed to the exclusive event, which will run from 3.30pm to 7pm at the Eshar Ballroom, with a wellness drink upon registration. A floating meditation session to centre the mind and body will follow.
Activities will continue with a sunset session, where participants can learn the graceful movements of Tai Chi and conclude with the harmonious vibrations of a Singing Bowl Sound Bath Meditation.
