Continuing its Middle Eastern expansion, Beefbar adds another jewel to its crown by unveiling its latest establishment in Doha, following the footsteps of its successful ventures in Dubai and Riyadh. The Doha location epitomises luxury and sophistication amidst a lush lagoon enveloped by swaying palm trees. Designed by acclaimed architects Humbert & Poyet, this stunning four-story venue represents the largest Beefbar establishment to date, exuding an aura of contemporary elegance and timeless charm.

Under the stewardship of Riccardo Giraudi, the pioneering Beefbar Monaco emerged in 2005 as a showcase for the exceptional meats brokered by Giraudi, with its subsequent expansion reflecting his cosmopolitan vision. Breaking free from the traditional steakhouse archetype, Beefbar, born in Monte-Carlo, has exuded modern luxury and a welcoming ambience since its inception. Led by Executive Chef Thierry Paludetto, in collaboration with Giraudi, the culinary offerings at Beefbar are a testament to simplicity and taste. Divided into three core categories, the menu features street food inspired by global favourites, premium meat cuts sourced from Australia, Japan and the United States, and iconic dishes from sides to mains and desserts.

Since its debut, Beefbar has garnered international acclaim, with locations now spanning 20 countries, including places like Mexico City, Tulum, Meribel, Malta and Hong Kong, where it clinched its first Michelin star in 2016. Rooted in Giraudi’s innovative ethos, Beefbar transcends the confines of a traditional steakhouse, presenting a vibrant culinary haven where the world’s finest meats are celebrated and integrated into both international and local recipes. Contrary to conventional expectations, the restaurant offers a dynamic and accessible dining experience where luxury is felt and savoured rather than merely observed.

At the heart of Beefbar’s allure lies its collaboration with Bernardaud, the renowned Limoges porcelain producer. Riccardo Giraudi’s playful spirit comes to life through bespoke plates adorned with colourful emojis crafted in partnership with Bernardaud. This whimsical touch is the collaboration with British illustrator Josh McKenna, whose bold and vibrant designs have adorned Beefbar’s signature illustrations since 2018, bringing the brand’s essence to life on delicate porcelain with gold accents.

Expanding its culinary footprint, the first Beefbar Asia offers a spinoff of the original concept, focusing on Pan-Asian cuisine that includes Japan, China, Korea and Malaysia. This iteration introduces a reimagined street food section alongside a beef-centric sushi bar, complemented by barbecue offerings showcasing prime steak cuts, marinated beef and unique Asian-inspired sauces. Designed to introduce guests to the diverse flavours of Pan-Asian cuisine, Beefbar Asia strikes a balance between approachability and luxury, with tantalising dishes ranging from flavourful woks to grilled beef.
